Just yesterday, The Sun papers had an article on some of the new properties in Petaling Jaya - with specific focus on Section 13 and Section 19. Three developments, Jaya 33, Jaya One and Crest Builder's 3 Two Square were featured in the article.
According to a director from Raine and Horne, the completion of Jaya 33 and 3 Two Square has thrusted the location into the limelight. I personally think that is very true bearing in mind that the land prices today for the region has appreciated more than 50% compared to the time when we bought the land for 3 Two Square.
