KUALA LUMPUR: Crest Builder Holdings Bhd has secured a RM97.22 million contract from TH Techonologies Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lembaga Tabung Haji, for superstructure works comprising a 34-storey building, car park and multi-purpose hall at Jalan Perak, Kuala Lumpur.
In a statement yesterday, Crest Builder said its unit Crest Builder Sdn Bhd received the contract for the project, which is expected to be completed in 24 months from date of site possession, in the second half of next year.
It said the contract would contribute positively to its earnings for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2008 and onwards.
