UMLand - MMC Joint Venture.

United Malayan Land Bhd, together with its partner MMC Corporation Berhad, is building serviced apartments on a prime site in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. This joint venture company, Exquisite Skyline Sdn Bhd will develop a 310-unit four star-serviced residences project on a 6,070 sq. metre piece of land, located within the exclusive Bukit Ceylon enclave in the city, along Persiaran Raja Chulan.

This development is a very nice development - just a stone's throw from the Verticas project that we are constructing for Wing Tai Asia along Jalan Ceylon.

I think with all these exclusive projects coming along, the property prices in the KLCC vicinity, or let's say, the Golden Triangle will continue to appreciate higher and higher - and perhaps very soon even this area will break the RM2,000 psf mark.

This is clearly a good sign for the property and construction industry.
