In a very recently concluded tender exercise, IJM won the Letter of Award for the Proposed Development of a 42-Storey Mixed Commercial Block comprising a 17-Storey Hotel, a 4-Storey Service Apartment, a 13-Storey Office Space (including Mezzanine Floor), 1 Level of Lower Ground and 2 Levels of Basement Carpark on Lots 70, 71 and 89, Kuala Lumpur - or better known as the Proposed new Grand Hyatt Hotel Kuala Lumpur.
I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate IJM for winning this project - after all, I do admit that it was a very close battle between both parties.

Anyways, the tender exercise was a very exciting exercise - which somehow dragged close to 6 months before the results were concluded and announced. I wish IJM the best of luck in executing this project and I look forward to visit the hotel when it is completed.
