Alam Sanjung to be launched in 2013.

So, REHDA released the results of their industry survey - and found that two-thirds of the developers responding intends to launch their 2013 properties in the RM500,000 and below category. The average residential selling prices nationwide are expected to range between RM250,000 and RM350,000. The survey also showed improved property market sentiment and outlook for the first half of this year.
