KUALA LUMPUR: Crest Builder Holdings Bhd's net profit for the fourth quarter ended Dec 31, 2012 rose to RM26.7mil from RM4.5mil in the previous quarter.
Revenue increased to RM218.12mil from RM186.66mil previously, it said in a statement.
Crest Builder said the increase in net profit was partly due to the fair value gain of the investment properties The Crest Office Tower and its car park lots and two other shop units located in Taman Megah and Sentul which amounted to RM20.02mil.
