Crest Builder and I.

The Company is as old as I am, and we will both go into our 40th year next year. Over the years, the Crest Builder Group has grown and evolved tremendously. When my late father started the company, we used to build government schools, army camps and some basic infrastructure projects such as bridges and roads.

Soon after, we started to head towards the 'building' category direction - this was the time when everyone else was jumping onto major and mega infrastructure projects, especially the North South Expressway. Those who went into these mega projects mostly grew exponentially.

At Crest Builder, my late father had always believed in steady growth - and it was only until 2003 when we were listed on the Bursa Malaysia. Thereafter, we 'rebranded' ourselves into a building specialist, specifically high rise category. Our fleet of machineries comprising both landed and high rise sectors were mostly converted into mobile cranes, passenger hoists, and tower cranes. Today, we owned more than 30 tower cranes, with over 25 swinging all over Klang Valley's skies today.

We have also ventured into boutique property development, where we have completed various developments exceeding over RM2bil worth. Our next main launch will be the RM500mil GDV mixed development - Interpoint at Bandar Bukit Tinggi II, Klang. We will be launching and kicking off the ground works within the next 3 months. Construction works remains as our main bread-and-butter contribution to the revenue. We are pushing and targetting for double-digit percentage growths for the coming years.

The Group continues to evolve and expand, and we will be expanding our team as well. We continue to welcome new talent to the Group.
