I've sourced all over the net for all kinds of various coding and java scripts - and finally came across one that allows me to come up with this - the Loan Calculator. I have tested it out on various combinations and so on - I think it should be reasonably accurate enough.
Test it out - I think you'll like it.
I'm currently working on one that works backwards - means you input in your salary/income - and the formula comes up with the price of the property that you can afford. Right now, just input the price of the property first - as long as your monthly payment is less than one-thirds of your salary - very likely your loan will be approved.
